Bayaty Shiraz Cosmetics offers a return and exchange policy to ensure customer satisfaction. This document explains the return process, conditions, and timeframes.
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt:
• Product is in original condition (unused)
• Original packaging and labels are present
• Product is not damaged or soiled
• Registration documents (invoice, order confirmation) are present
• Product is not a special order or personalized
The return process consists of the following steps:
• Log into your account and find your order
• Create a return request and specify the reason
• Print the return label and attach it to the package
• Send the product in original packaging
• Enter the shipping number into the system
• Refund will be issued after product inspection
Return timeframes:
• Return request: Within 14 days of order receipt
• Product shipment: Within 7 days of request approval
• Inspection and refund: 5-7 business days after product receipt
• Refund: 3-5 business days via bank transfer
Return costs:
• If product is defective or incorrectly shipped: We pay
• Customer-initiated return: Customer pays
• Exchange: Only difference is paid (if any)
• Shipping costs are not refunded during return
The following products cannot be returned:
• Opened and used cosmetic products
• Products opened for health and hygiene reasons
• Personalized or special order products
• Expired products
• Damaged or soiled products
• Products without original packaging
Product exchange:
• Can be exchanged for the same product in different color or size
• Exchange request is subject to the same conditions as return
• Additional time is required for new product delivery
• If there's a difference, customer pays or receives refund
Refund process:
• Refund is made to the original payment method
• Bank transfer: 3-5 business days
• Credit card: 5-7 business days
• Refund is issued after product inspection
• Shipping costs are not refunded (except for defective products)
In case of defective product:
• Contact us immediately
• Send product photos
• Defective product is replaced free of charge or refunded
• Shipping costs are paid by us
• There is a 30-day period for returning defective products
If you are not satisfied with the product:
• You can return it within 14 days
• Specify the reason so we can improve our service
• Return due to dissatisfaction is at customer's expense
• We value your feedback and strive to improve
